An accomplished professional, theoretically you should be well placed to totally nail every aspect of job hunting. In this theoretical world you would treat it as a campaign and maintain momentum and focus and not experience any moments of self doubt!

But for so many reasons many people struggle to apply their knowledge and experience to themselves.

That's where Peer-based coaching circles help.

They provide a safe and supportive environment  where you can let the facade drop for an hour or so.

Supported by a skilled facilitator the benefit comes from discussing your job hunt with people who are as close to it and experiencing the same issues you. More importantly, like you, whilst they might a a job hunter today, yesterday and tomorrow they are managers and executives hiring and firing with a wealth of insight. 

Often used in conjunction with, or as a follow on from executive coaching or outplacement consulting

Now is the time to capitalise on the work you have put in and make sure it is much easier next time. 

It's time to take the millenial approach!

Make sure you are continually monitoring what your job is doing for you, how it is increasing your marketability, not just what you are contributing. 

Successful people start new jobs with their exit date and strategy already planned. 

It doesn't mean you will follow it. It does mean you will evaluate it and determine if it is still valid when the time comes.
